Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures but I have been coming here for years and the never miss! Quality is always amazing, customer service is always so welcoming and friendly and helpful, they have such a large range of flavors and drinks everything from lattes to smoothies are all so delicious! Their food is also amazing! They have a lot of seating too! I would recommend this cafe to anyone who enjoys good food, a sweet treat and a good drink!
My coffee was made perfectly! Toasted Marshmallow and Chocolate Cookie 3 creams and 3 liquid sugars in my iced coffee!! And also had to try the Red Velvet Cake, so good!
The food is amazing and the prices aren’t too bad. They got some really good bagel selections. The atmosphere is chill and it’s clean.
Came here with my girlfriend for a brunch date and it has such a nice atmosphere it was amazing, the crepes were so fluffy and tasty. Would definitely recommend and come again
Very nice little cafe. A large selection of coffees, teas. They have sandwiches and wraps. I had the Italian cold cuts sub. All the ingredients were fresh, and it was a good size. Their desserts are sinful they're so good. I had the Black Forest cheesecake. I will definitely be back.
Beautiful Cafe. Calm atmosphere. Chill music. Baristas greeted me when I entered and took their time to make sure my experience was outstanding. Cappuccino and blueberry bagel were both delicious. I loved reading my book on a couch where the morning sun was streaming in.
This was my first time at Cafe Busy Bean. I’ve walked by many times but had never stepped inside—until a colleague mentioned it was worth a visit. I stopped by this morning and was blown away the moment I walked in. The care and attention to detail in the atmosphere, the service, the food, and the coffee were exceptional. What a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back more often. Places like this—where you can feel the passion in every part of the experience—deserve to be supported in New Britain.
Got a bagel this morning to go home and realize there was a hair in it. No problem as I completely understand that mistakes happen! I brought it back and not only were both people up front super friendly, they remade my bagel and gave me a dessert to try! This goes to show that it doesn’t take a lot to be kind and understand that people are humans and make mistakes ! Thank you guys for all the hard work you do!
